In the 90’s and 2000’s the trend was towards permanent make-up (PMU) for eyebrows. This technique, very similar to tattooing, had a definitive character, and the pigment implanted on an area as exposed as the face often tended to turn color.
In 2010, under the impetus of Ana Braica, semi-permanent make-up made its appearance in Switzerland. This new technique enabled the shape of the eyebrow to be redefined in a more natural way, and faded over time (12 to 18 months).
First came Browshading, and a few years later the famous Microblading.
These two techniques are now the benchmark practices when it comes to long-lasting eyebrow make-up.

To contemplate the transition from permanent to semi-permanent make-up and hope to obtain satisfactory results, the most effective solution is often tattoo removal.

For a long time, the only recognised technology for tattoo removal was the pigment laser known as Q-Switched or nanosecond pulse generation. The results obtained with this technology were sometimes imperfect and required a large number of sessions.

In the early 2010s, a new generation of laser called Picosecond made its appearance, enabling us to achieve convincing results on tattoo removal in a minimum number of sessions.
