Eyeliner or Eyelash enhancement
At the time of the Egyptians, eyeliner was a mixed cosmetic for aesthetic reasons but also because of beliefs linked to the eyes.
Although men used to wear make-up until the 19th century, eyeliner now seems to be a seductive trump card for women (although – Jack Sparow did leave good impressions on some people…).
However, a semi-permanent make-up technique, which is little known, allows to enhance and even transform a man’s eyes in a subtle and very discrete way: the ENTRE-CILS EYELINER!
The technique used is close to tattooing (but more on the surface) and consists in implanting totally inert and biocompatible pigments in the lashes with ultra-fine, sterilised, single-use needles.
The Entre-cils Eyeliner (lash-line densification) makes it possible to draw your eye line very subtly by integrating pigments between your lashes. This technique brings depth to the eyes without giving the impression of wearing make-up.
The results are discreet and bluffing!
A CAREFULLY CONSIDERED DECISION
While this process is not irreversible, opting for semi-permanent make-up is not a trivial decision as the results are lasting. Consequently, Atelier du Regard® proposes a two-step process. The first consultation involves using a pencil to draw on the eyeliner line, depending on the shape of your eye and the style you want to achieve.
Once this stage is complete and after a period of reflection, an appointment will be made for the application.
If you are already convinced that you want to do a long-lasting make-up, the consultation and application are carried out during the same appointment. This saves time and money.

Running of the session
Contraindications
People suffering from ocular diseases or irritations, diabetes, kidney failure, an auto-immune disease, haemophilia or chronic asthma, fitted with a cardiac prosthesis or who have difficulty healing.
We temporarily advise against micropigmentation in the case of conjunctivitis, herpes or cold sores, Vitamin A treatment, sinusitis or simply if you have a bad cold.
HOW LONG DO THE RESULTS LAST?
Between 18 and 24 months.
A dermopigmentation eyeliner or eyelash enhancement appointment takes: around 1 hour
COMBINED TREATMENTS
TIPS
72 hours before the appointment, avoid: Tinting or bleaching the area in question. Exfoliation or peels. Exposure to the sun, UV rays and self-tanning products. Aspirin or anticoagulants.
For one week after the micropigmentation appointment: No exposure to the sun or UV rays. Avoid swimming pools, swimming in the sea, hammams, saunas…
Do not scratch or rub the treated area.
AFTER APPLICATION
IS IT PAINFUL?
This cream is available in pharmacies with a prescription.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS AND COLOUR CHANGES
Consequently, Atelier du Regard® collaborates with a laboratory with more than 30 years’ experience, the leader in the field of safe pigment manufacture, offering pigments composed of extremely pure raw materials of mineral origin, thus limiting the risk of colour changes. The pigments are guaranteed sterile, free from preservatives, setting agents, aromatic amines and oil-based derivatives..
A colour change is not always due to the quality of the pigment; tolerance and the reaction of the skin can also play a role, sometimes even resulting in rejection of the pigment, although this remains exceptional.
